Who is responsible for your data

What data we collect
Only the contact form collects data: your name, your email address, your vehicle’s model if you provide it, and the content of your message. No phone number is requested. There is no user account and no online payment on this site.
Why we collect it
This information is used solely to answer your request. The legal basis for processing is your explicit consent, given by ticking the dedicated box when submitting the form.
How long we keep it
Your message is sent by email to OPTI-MAP and is not stored in a database on this site. The resulting email exchange is kept for at most 12 months after your last message, unless a longer contractual relationship requires otherwise.
Who we share it with
Your data is never sold or used for advertising. It is only accessible to Malik Boussenina, and technically passes through the site’s hosting provider and the email service used to receive your messages.
Cookies
This site sets no audience-measurement or advertising cookie before you give your consent through the banner shown on your first visit. You can change your choice at any time from the « Manage cookies » link in the footer.
Your rights
Under the General Data Protection Regulation, you have a right of access, rectification, erasure, objection and portability over your data. To exercise these rights, write to info@opti-map.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Commission Nationale pour la Protection des Données (CNPD), the competent Luxembourg authority, via cnpd.public.lu.
